I purchased my hot water heater in 2017. Mr Plumber installed a new dish washer, performed annual maintenance and cleaned a bath tub drain. The job done on the drain and dish washer was great. The plummer left the premise. There was no water from the water heater. I called Mr Plumber and the only option was to make an appointment for the next day, No hot water for 24 hours. Next day afternoon, the plumber calls and asks me to turn on water to hot water heater. The water immediately flowed into the water heater. Seems to me that the water heater should have been checked prior to the plumber leaving the premise.
