A doubling of my monthly water bill confirmed that a leaky toilet had to be either fixed or replaced. Tom Wood, master plumber, was assigned to this job and he explained the cost comparisons and the pros/cons of going with replacement. Very happy with the result. As part of the complimentary service to check the water heater, he noted several things about this 13 year-old piece of equipment that pointed to replacement as well.
