I've had Cool Ray service my Air Conditioning & Heater for the past 32 years. Thru those years, they have exceeded my expectations in providing that service. Now that they have Mr. Plumber under their banner, I decided to chose them to replace my water heater. They again provided the same quality of personnel to provide that service.
Justin West was the plumber assigned to this task.
He has 'plumbing' in his blood as his dad has worked for Mr. Plumber for years. It shows in his enthusiasm in doing his work. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and thorough in installing my water heater. He took the time to answer various questions we had, even though we interrupted his work. As a result, we have contracted an additional service to install a re-circulating water pump to provide immediate hot water thru the house. We have also requested ONLY Justin to do that installation when we are ready.
One more comment... My last water heater was replaced 14 years ago by 'contractors' working for a Big Box store. There DEFINITELY is a difference in attitude when your are working as a 'contractor' or working as a 'member of a team' representing the company your are working for!
Cool Ray is an example of that!
