Our old water heater failed while I was at work. I called Mr Plumber after hours and a tech was onsite that night with a new water heater on the truck and ready to install. Richard K. was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Richard replaced our water heater that night working past midnight. He was thorough and made sure everything was working properly. Richard cleaned up the water and the work area. I could not be happier with the service we received which is truly exceptional in this day and age of poor service. Thank you, Richard!
