Could not have asked for more from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful. I didn't know the source of my problem, only that I had two leaks. One of them was getting worse by the day.

Wesley came out to give me an estimate. I arrived late due to traffic, but he had already walked the exterior of the house and had an idea of what was going on. He told me the bad news. It was going to be a big job and costly, but he answered all of my questions and let me know all of my options. He gave me an estimate, and I asked for him when I called for the service.

He did this job all by himself. In the rain. It required digging a trench. Replacing pipe. Drilling through drywall. Replacing a water heater. This is not a one man job, but he did it without complaining or even seeming frustrated, although I know he had to be. All day. When my neighbor had a similar job done a few months ago, she had a team of 3 men.

I hope the company knows the value of this team member. Wesley IS Mr. Plumber to this customer. I will make recommendations based almost completely on his dedication and excellent service.
