The company scheduled a tech to come out the same day I called. Jared arrived and acted like we bothered him. We explained about the heat pump. He went to check it and was barely there a few minutes. He then tells me I need to pay $3000 to have it serviced. I had to pay nearly $800 to get a motor replaced. He was supposed to clean the whole unit and didnt. He wrapped a long electric wire around the motor in the heat pump. I asked him to check the thermostat because it does not regulate the temperature and it keeps running. He just shrugged his shoulders and said it's supposed to work. I want another tech to come out and check the thermostat. I paid a lot of money and felt we were not that important after we didn't give him $3000. Please send another check and I don't need to be charged again because he did not finish his requirements for the job I paid for.
