J's HVAC Unlimited LLC installed my air conditioning unit four years ago, and I just recently had to have them come out when it froze up on me. The tech came out that same night, and he took care of my problem for me. He was very polite, and knowledgeable, and also very honest. He told me that the wrong kind of trap had been put in during the installation process, and that is why it froze up. He even took pictures and explained it all to me. I really appreciate that, and as soon as I get some extra money, I will get the trap replaced. I also appreciate the fact that he was very careful not to track any dirt into my house from the outside. He wore covers over his shoes, and I thought that was very respectful.
