J's HVAC Unlimited LLC has been providing me with services for over two years. I initially had them come out to install a brand new central air conditioner and heat pump. They told me at the time that it was their best product. It was allegedly "top-of-the-line". It has done nothing but breaks down constantly ever since they put it in. Now, Jamie's services are very good. The technicians always come right out when you call them and they are very professional. Over the last two years, I am constantly calling them to come out to work on this thing and each time I get charged seventy dollars for the service call. The unit is still under warranty which covers the parts but not the service call itself. I get stuck paying that. The unit trips off the breakers and quits working. It blows the fuses out. I call them. They get it back up and running. Then it happens again and again. I even put in surge protectors and everything which was another additional expense for me. I paid ten thousand dollars for the new unit and it has not worked right since I bought it. I have my old central air unit upstairs for over twenty-five years and maybe three times I have had to have it serviced. The old one works great and has never been a problem. If the company thinks this air conditioning unit and heat pump is their best product then they do not have any product at all. They suggested that we have the factory people come out to check it out but they still have not set that up. Again, the service people are great and I would recommend them. It is just the product I would stay away from.
