Service guys are great, but they are always late. 1/6 appointments have been on time. There is a lack of communication between service guys and office scheduling. When an appointment is made they should adhere to the chosen time and make the service department aware in advance. This could be the number one HVAC in the area if they would be more consistent with their scheduling and be understanding that people miss work to keep these appointments to only have them rescheduled by the office < 10 minutes before the appointment time. Customers should be reimbursed for missed work hours by deducting from the bill.
