My last experience with J's HVAC Unlimited LLC was frustrating. They came out to service my system as part of their routine maintenance, and they found a small gas leak. They turned everything off to fix the problem, but in doing so caused my other appliances to stop working. So, they had to come back a few times in order to fix them. This was not my first time using them, as they were the ones that installed my units, and since have been using them for maintenance. At the start, I was generally satisfied with them, but recently not so much. I feel they're really into upselling these days. When they come out I get told I should've had this special plug, or this other part, installed. Thanks to their heavy-duty salesmanship, I end up spending more for items I'm not sure I even need. I've started to wonder why they didn't mention these things when they first installed my system. I think I'll shop around next time before I use their services again.
