Had a quick response. Helped a lot on phone. Came out and within 5 minutes figured out issue. Too bad i was not asked to turn on an appliance that was 240 volts over the phone. My issue was due to a faulty feed from the power pole to the house. Not a HVAC problem so to speak. But the technician did check my power at the main feed and diagnosed the issue so I would know to call power company.
