Charged my 87 year old mother double what I was told over the phone as a quote
I was quoted $700 over the phone and then my mother was given a form saying we had to pay $1,400. The explanation was we could choose to have it kind of fixed for $700 or we can have it really fixed for $1,400 took less than an hour and the option of only kind of having it fixed and really having it fixed was never even discussed with me. I've never heard of choosing between getting something fixed on a silver gold or platinum level and $1,400 an hour wow?
