I have been using t J's HVAC Unlimited for several years now. This year I had a heart attack and landed in hospital. After the hospital stay, I had to stay in rehab for a while. So I hadn't been home in a while. Then I got a phone call from them telling me they had been unable to reach me and that my service contract had run out. I hadn't received any notification about this although they had tried. I wasn't in a situation then to get back home. So I called a neighbor who was willing to help out. Then I called the company and told them I would like a new contract but they would have to work with my neighbor for the time being. They agreed. I told them that they had to be exact about when the work would be done, because my neighbor had a key to the place, but I had to let them know when the tech was going to be there. They sent me a new contract for another year. Then my neighbor met the maintenance man and let him in. He stayed and watched while he did the work. Later, he told me, "I tell you, that guy when over that unit carefully and thoroughly. He wiped, he cleaned. and he made sure it was a job well done. He really did a good job for you" It took maybe an hour and a half. I've watched them do the work so I know they are thorough. It turned out great and I was very happy.
