I purchased a central air and heating system from J's HVAC Unlimited and it's not been working very well. I took out an insurance but every time they out to do something to it, they charge me for the service. The unit they sold me is no good and it keeps breaking down. Six or seven times during one year seems to be a little extreme. They can't seem to fix it. I'm pretty tired of this whole situation and it's getting pretty expensive. I have a ten-year warranty but that's not helping much. They do come out and do the work when I call them, but they can't seem to keep it running.
