Once I received the actual checklist of what was performed, I was pleased with everything checked/serviced. The only issue I had was the "additional needed parts". The serviceman recommended a new trap for both units but didn't get it approved by the homeowners(us) on the account which resulted into over a $270 unexpected bill. With this being our initial scheduled service and the units only being installed 6 months we were taken aback. Usually when any serviceman from any company visits they leave a receipt, BOL, invoice, or something to show they had visited and what was done. I had to request a copy of this the day after.
