Although the weather was terrible and it was very late in the afternoon when I called , every one understood we had no heat and did not feel we could wait several days with no heat. The service man came after hours and stayed until everything was repaired and working properly. He was friendly, courteous and did not appear to mind the inconvenience. What a delight. Thank you all
