When our old units went out, we were faced with fix-it or replace-it. We knew the type freon our old units used was due to be mandatorily phased out, meaning it would be harder to find and cost much more than it used to. J's didn't just give us the options to replace, as is, they studied our needs vs what we had and offered a redesign to give us better service for a lower power bill in the end run. And it has. We have the quietest, most effiicient unit ever. We have one winter and one summer under our belts, and it hasn't missed a beat yet. Wouldn't go back to the old one ever!
