Joel was very polite and personable. He explained the issues with my a/c and then told me my whole unit was 18 years old and there were signs of wear and tear. He explained that I probably would be able to get another season or 2 with my unit but that I would probably need to consider replacing it at some point. There was no pressure to buy anything right away. When I asked about prices and financing, he sat down and looked for the correct size unit for my home, gave me quotes on several sizes and explained the financing options. I loved that there was never pressure to buy something I wasn't ready to do.
When he and his partner were here installing the new unit, they worked as a team and made sure there was no mess or inconvenience to me. I'd highly recommend your company to anyone needing a service you provide!!
