I needed a new furnace and I was tired of my previous service provider, so I went through Home Advisor and found Regional Plumbing Heating & Air. Josh came out and talked to me about what they could offer. I told him my situation, that I had a furnace that seemed to be going bad. He described my options, and I picked one and I decided to go with it. Two or three weeks later they came and got it installed, but it was noisy. They couldn't figure out why. Finally, the technician checked with Mike, and he said we needed another cold air return but that the installation would cost another $500. Ron came and he did the job and the noises went away. I was really happy. I waited two or three weeks for the bill and I never got it, so I called the office. The receptionist told me she would send me a copy of the bill. When I got it, there was a zero balance. They hadn't charged the additional for the installation. I was very happy about that. I would happily recommend Regional Plumbing Heating & Air.
