Hydrex Pest Control has been taking care of my needs for twenty one years. They always call before they're coming, so I have previous knowledge, and I really appreciate that. That way I can also tell them beforehand what I want, like, I want most of the traps placed in the garage. They do things the way I ask. That's nice. When they haven't been able to come when they've said, which, in all this time, has happened only once, they've called promptly to let me know and rescheduled. They're always responsive, prompt, and efficient. I'm very satisfied.
