I was staying overnight in Flagstaff on my way home to Colorado. When we were leaving to get on the road, there was a troubling squeal from our left front tire. I was concerned if it was a wheel bearing or something else and didn't want to drive 800+ miles not knowing. I found Heath's online and drove over. I met Jeff and explained the situation. He promptly crawled under the car, checked the bearing, tire rod ends and assured me that they were all fine and it was a grease fitting that needed repair, but would be fine for the long day. Which it was, we made it home with no issues. When I offered to pay Jeff a $20 for his time and not blowing me off b/c I was a walk in, he politely declined. I hope I never need a repair in Flagstaff, but if I did, I'd be heading to Heath's.
