Bad Condenser
I purchased the inside and outside unit last year. I called this year for my annual maintenance and was surprised to learn that the tech reported my condenser was inoperable--even though my house was still getting cool. Fortunately it was still under warranty so it was replaced free of charge. the only issue I had was that the initial tech seemed a bit abrupt when I had questions. Always courteous but not very forthcoming with information. for example, when asked how long it would be before the problem was fixed, all he said was he didn't know. He had to submit paperwork first. It was hot and that was not good enough for me. he should have been more forthcoming with info and the more I asked questions, the more defensive he became. The guy that made the repair (the next day) was absolutely perfect!!!!!
