Dave Smith was on time and very thorough. He identified major concerns and even noted the minor things. I would recommend him and Sweet Home Inspectors of Texas to anyone. My inspection started at 1pm and was finished at 3:30pm on a 1350 sqft home. Dave emailed me the inspection report by 7pm that same night.
