Home inspection was performed on 26 January 2018. Inspector arrived on time. He explained the process and his method for completing the inspection. He started on the exterior of the house looking for evidence of termites or termite damage. From there he proceeded inside for the remainder of the inspection. At the completion he showed me several pictures of items of note and took time to explain the reason for his mentioning on the final report. The report itself was well organized, clear and easily understood by a layman.
