I had another more known company come out first and I was not completely satisfied with them. So I called IMS which was recommended by Home Depot.
They got me an appointment very soon and a technician came earlier than expected and was very courteous, efficient and correct in his diagnosis. I saved a lot of money and my anxiety was soon over with my A/C. I will use them again.
