IMS Heating & Air does all my regular maintenance. They also installed a humidifier for me, a necessity in Colorado. They are easy to schedule and show up promptly. My ex and I used to own a competing company, so I know how they are supposed to operate and they are very professional. I will continue using IMS Heating & Air and recommend them.
