I have used IMS Heating & Air a couple of times. We had an issue with our air conditioner and had to call them out. They fixed that issue promptly and efficiently. Recently our furnace got tired of us so we had to call them back out again. It seems nothing goes out during the week and ours went out on a Friday night! We called them late Friday and they responded and arrived the next morning on a Saturday. How fantastic is that? He inspected the furnace thoroughly and determined that we needed to have a part replaced. We discussed with him at length the condition and age of our current furnace and made the decision to just go ahead and have a new one put it.

The installation of the new furnace went very well. These guys really knew what they were doing. In addition to the furnace, we also purchased and had the installation of a new humidifier. The humidifier is an on-demand humidity regulator. They explained to us that this paired with the furnace will take some adjusting for the house and for us as well. The settings and things would have to be trial and error until we were satisfied with the results of those settings. Inevitably, we did have to call them back out to help us with the settings. Kevin and Jordan have been absolutely amazing through this whole process. They even gave us their cell phone numbers so that we could text any issues and they would be able to help us right away. These guys are amazing! They were gracious enough to me to explain everything in terms that I could understand (dumb it down if you will) without making me feel incompetent. They have answered all of our questions about this system and still continue to help us adjust. I have no doubt that if we needed them again they would come back out and assist us again with the same amount of respect and courtesy since the first day we met them! They are priceless to me and the respect that they showed myself, my husband and my home are absolutely top notch! I have absolutely no doubt that if we needed them again they would respond just as they did throughout this whole change!
