Maybe Tri-State picks and chooses which customers they want to satisfy. They have been in my home 3 different times for the same issue , and still have not been resolved. Each time they left, the technician said they were going to have the office contact me to follow up, but we have had to reach out to them because we never received a follow up call.
Bad customer service / satifsfaction and follow-up.
