My heatpump malfunctioned in the middle of the hottest day of the year! I called and they had a service technician, Dan, out the next morning! My unit was out of refridgerant. Dan clearly explained the probable causes, required repairs, equipment needed to accomplish the repair and repair time frame. He returned a couple days later and repairs were done. My unit is now in A-1 condition and running better than ever!
