All of our experience with Tri-State Home Services has followed this pattern. Their technicians show up within the promised window, know what they're doing, and have the necessary tools, equipment, and (in most cases) parts to do the job. In the one case where a needed part wasn't on the truck, a phone call had it there within half an hour. I have not yet been disappointed in their work, and these days, that's saying quite a lot.
