What had an estimate in the morning and our water heater repaired in the afternoon at a very reasonable price. We had previously gotten estimates from 2 other companies which took more than a week and a phone call to get -- and were more than twice the price of Tri-State. The workers were courtious and very knoledgeable and were able to answer all of our questions and give us instructions on maintenance of the hybrid water heater. We are most happy with this service.
