This is the second time that I have used TriState Home services to help me fix a problem with my generator. Each time, I found the company to be responsive to my needs and fairly priced. Rick, the technician sent to fix our problems, was the same person who handles our situation last time. He showed up at the job site on time, diagnosed the problem quickly, and repaired the unit to our complete satisfaction.
