I recently had a plumbing appointment scheduled with Patrick Kelley (4/19/2017). He was prompt in his arrival & extremely courteous and professional in diagnosing a leaking dishwasher. He was honest in his evaluation as he recommended a new dishwasher, set a future appointment for installation of the new appliance for the following week & sold me a platinum service agreement while answering questions about Corley services. Patrick returned on 4/25/2017 for the installation along with another technician, Griffin Mock. Once again prompt in their arrival and professional as they devised the game plan for the installation. Patrick was very informative as to what to expect and kept me informed throughout regarding power, water and whatever else was necessary step by step. He worked closely with Griffin and was an excellent teacher/mentor as he explained technique and even encouraged his helper with a "great job" on more than one occasion as he/they were successful in working through the process.
My satisfaction comes not only from the professionalism and expertise of your technicians, but more importantly the personal touch they were able to put on what otherwise would have been a "run of the mill" plumbing apointment. Patrick deserves to be recognized for being an outstanding part of the Corley Team and representing Corley Plumbing Air Electric with his expertise, integrity and service.
