I like using St. Matthews Plumbing because they are reputable and know exactly what they're doing. They know the special places to buy hard-to-find parts and I have confidence in the work they do. They are always patient and able to work within my schedule. As long as the work gets done correctly, I am happy with St. Matthews Plumbing. My only complaint is that they are a little high on the price. It's hard to get in touch with them to begin with, and then they start charging me the minute they walk through the door. Other companies have a more reasonable hourly fee for run-of-the-mill jobs, but St. Matthews Plumbing is still who I call for the important things. I wouldn't want a leak to be overlooked and turn into a mold problem for example. The last time the St. Matthew's technician was here he pointed out how low my water heater is set and suggested I turn it up a notch, above dinosaur level. There's a certain level of expertise and attention to detail I can expect from St. Matthews Plumbing.
