Your employee did a snake procedure on my kitchen drain for $205. For 1 hr?
This same procedure was done 3 days before (also unsuccessful) by a different plumber for $75.
Following day I bought 2 PVC fittings for my shop vac and sucked out 2 walnuts, 2 hickory nuts and an acorn, (dang squirrels "hid" them in the vent pipe I assume) took a little less than an hour. Lowe's is 3 min from my house. Vent now has a cap on it.
Anyway, you can see my dilemma when it comes to considering your company for further needs. On the other hand my wife said that your guy was on time, very personable and had a professional demeanor...I think his name was Chris.
