We had a scenario where we had 3 separate unrelated plumbing issues happen within one week. Although it was uncanny, given we'd never had plumbing issues much in the past, St. Matthews was very responsive each time, and they were in and out in no time. Having a team of 17 people who can't use the restrooms doesn't make for a fun day at an office. St. Matthews had us back up and running in no time.
