It was okay

This was my first time using St. Matthews Plumbing. We had sold our house, and although I do a little plumbing work myself, I was in a hurry, and I didn't want to change out the trap myself. The drain had the wrong kind of trap, and it wasn't working right. I just had them change the trap out. The tech was great. He was a really nice guy. The job turned out great, but I thought the amount they charged was very expensive for that small of a job.

I think you will find that our pricing is extremely competitive as our plumbers are non commissioned unlike the majority of the other companies out there. We find that you will likely pay 2 times what we charge for most plumbing services using other companies. This is why we do free estimates so you know what you are getting up front with no surprises. Regardless, we hate it when a customer has anything but a 100% positive experience with us. We are sorry that we could not meet your expectations entirely. We do appreciate your 4 star review!
