Daylan is a very experienced master plumber that was scheduled to come out to out home for what my husband and I thought was just a normal clogged toilet in master bath. We discovered it needed to be rebuilt (or replaced). We had hardwood floors placed in master bedroom less than 5 years ago so we did not want an overflow happening if we left this as is.
