I have been using Payless Self Storage for about six months. It's all been fine so far - no worries or complaints about the facility itself. It's clean, secure, and climate controlled, which is one of the big things I was looking for. Like I said, no complaints about the facility itself. There are a couple of things that aren't really convenient for me, however. For one, I can't access the facility 24/7. The hours are from 6am thru 9pm, and I wish I could get in there after hours sometimes. Also, you can't pay for the unit online or any other way other than mailing in a check. I wish they would provide some online payment options.
