I've been using Payless Self Storage off and on for about four or five years and, overall, I think they do okay. They've always been very good about my needs. They are convenient, for one thing. I like the way they have it set up. They have large spaces that are covered which makes it nice. They also have electricity you can just plug into. Their customer service is pretty good. They are responsive whenever I have had an issue. I just call them up personally and get things settled. Their prices, however, have gone quite high. So I don't know how long I'll go on with them
