Very consistent great customer service from Payless Self Storage, I've had a unit there for going on 6-7 years. I haven't had any issues with them or the storage unit I am renting. The place is clean, secure, and very easy to navigate. They have good, consistent prices and make it easy to pay your bill online. If I ever have any questions or concerns I can give them a call to voice them. I have told them about the unmaintained R.V section entrance way and they are making efforts to make repairs.
