Payless Self Storage is a decent service and I have recommended them to other customers. We don't have that much direct interaction with them. We pay the bills, and we use the space; that's it. One thing they could improve, I'd say, is to put in a dump station on site. Sometimes after an overnight drive, if we were able to empty out our waste water tank for our RV, that would be amazing. I think their pricing is okay; obviously, it'd be great if it was lower, as is the case with anything, but I don't think it's way up there. One thing I do appreciate about them is that they have a low amperage spot for us to charge our vehicle, which is a great service to have.
