I have been using the services of Payless Self Storage for about three or four years now. Their compound and the storage space is generally clean and well maintained. They do okay with that. I'm assuming their security cameras work. What they do need to improve is customer service and communication. They do poorly on that. I've tried to contact them over different issues, leaving voicemails and such. I've never gotten any return calls. They just don't respond. I think there pricing is a little on the higher side.
