I walked in not really knowing what I wanted but once I described my living room and the furniture I had, the folks at Rustigian had plenty of suggestions for me. They insist that you "try it before you buy it" where you just take the rug home and try it in your space for a week or two. When I decided I wanted to try something different after a few weeks, Paulina and Zoe already had an alternate option ready for me. They came to my house, took the old rug, and rolled out the new one, which I ended up loving! After a few months, when I was concerned about some fibers in the rug, Roz personally came and inspected the rug for me and alleviated any worries.
These folks really have your back and want you to be happy. They know so much and I will definitely be calling them up when I'm ready to re-carpet my third floor!
