Roz and her knowledgeable staff have consistently gone to great lengths, and utilized their considerable interior design skills, to help me select the perfect rug from their extensive inventory. They are always willing to take whatever time is required to achieve that result. While being guided through the selection process, I have never felt anything even resembling sales pressure with any of the purchases I have completed.
RUSTIGIAN Rugs has also provided cleaning and repair services for me on many occasions and I have always been totally satisfied and often pleasantly surprised with the results. While I do not typically take the time to post online reviews, I feel that this business deserves to be acknowledged for all of the reasons I have stated above.
