We brought two rugs to Rustigian recently. Edie immediately jumped in to provide wonderful service and detailed information regarding the necessary repairs. One of the rugs had a cut-out hole in it and the other rug had a major tear with additional repair needs. In other words, both rugs required tender loving care and expert repair. We are thrilled with the results! We can't even tell where the damaged areas were in the rugs! In addition, they are cleaned beautifully.
