A few months ago I sent one of my favorite rugs to the dry cleaners and it came back covered in black marks, in worse shape than when I left it. Dismayed, I thought it was ruined, but then I realized I needed an expert - Rustigian Rugs - where I should have brought the rug to in the first place. A month later the rug was ready.
