We have a runner in our kitchen that tends to get dirty very quickly. Twice now I have taken the rug to Rustigian's to be cleaned. The service was perfect....accurate estimate, done when they said it would be, easy drop-off and pick up (parking lot in back), beautifully clean etc, etc. The people I've dealt with have always been extremely professional. While there, I always peruse their inventory of beautiful rugs. I would highly recommend them for their selection and their service.
