Your service is great. Your prices is outrageous. You charged me$190.00 for two toilet flappers. $95.00 apiece. Which that include a 15% discount.I called a hardware store and had them price one. The MOST expensive toilet flapper they had was $14.00.
I know that also includes installation. Installing a new flapper may take 5 minutes at most,which most normal people, including some chimpanzees could do theirselves.
The only reason I had BFP do it is because we have the yearly maintenance progrtam and thought the work would be covered under it. Which it WAS NOT. As soon as our contract is up we will certainly not renew it. I will get a local plumber to do my work from now on for more than half the price of what BFP charges for the same work.
