I used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing - Somerset, Pennsylvania to have some faucets replaced, and I thought that they were too expensive. The outside faucet in my backyard would not shut off, so I had contacted them for help. Their worker replaced that faucet, along with the one in my front yard, which was not working. He said it was hard to access the crawlspace underneath the house to replace the faucets, but I've had other companies do work at my house who never complained about it. They did a good job with the replacements, but I am not sure if I would use them again, because of their expenses.
